Power Pilates is an entire body conditioning system based on Joseph Pilates principles. Incorporating 3D functional movement for easy every day living.
Pilates with Lucy is like a graceful bootcamp, a wonderful way to tone up, with motivating club tracks in the background. Lucy is patient with beginners taking time to coach individuals with tricky positions. I have a slim build and a programme of 1.5hr classes helped me relax & strengthen after a shoulder injury without major weight loss.
